Just a short post to share a card I made for my Mom. Haven't been crafting forever as you can read in my previous blog post... Have to say that I enjoyed getting back to my dies and design papers. Hope to be able to craft more often again...

Good Morning to all of you, 

3 More day and we are already starting the countdown for Christmas. And of course we are busy preparing Christmas cards. This is one of my latest creations. Quick and fun working with Simon Says Stamp products. I used the Heart Banner die. and sentiment set Big Scripty Greetings Holiday. For the background I used the distress ink squeezed lemonade and picked raspberry.

Holiday Wishes

I hope you all had a nice week-end. I spent some time in Italy in the Valley of Aosta for a wellness stay. Wonderful spa with amazing Italian restaurant. Best way to spend a really nice and relaxing moment. 

I still had time to create some CAS Christmas cards last week. This is one of them. I used the Simon Says Stamp die - Stacked hearts. The sentiment is also from Simon Says Stamp - Big Scripty Greetings Holiday. For the background I blended 2 colors from Distress Ink : Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet.

Guest Designer November - Paper Smooches #1

Jetzt darf ich es verraten, diesen Monat werde ich  Gast Designer bei Paper Smooches sein. Ich freue mich sehr darüber euch jeweils am Mittwoch eine Karte mit den neuesten Stanzen und Stempeln zu zeigen. Diese Karte ist im CAS Styl enstanden, CAS für Clean und Simple. Ich hoffe sie gefällt euch. 

Now I can finally tell you about being Guest Designer this month at Paper Smooches. Thank you dear Kim for the opportunity. It was a bit a sweat getting the mail to Switzerland on time, but we managed it finally. I'm happy to present every Wednesday of November a card with the newest stamps and dies from Paper Smooches. This one is made in a CAS style. Hope you like it.

Willkommen zur November-Challenge beim STEMPELGARTEN. Diesen Monat spielen wir BINGO. Ihr wisst ja wie das geht... Einfach eine Kolonne oder Reihe auswählen (vertikal, horizontal oder diagonal). Das gewählte muss dann auf der Karte vorkommen. Bei mir ist es die unterste Reihe geworden (Charms-Stanze-Grau). Die Happy Birthday Stanze is von Poppystamps. Ich hoffe die Karte inspiriert euche ein wenig. Ich bin total Fan von der Farbkombi :)

Hello Folks,

I'm back from a beautiful week on the island of Gozo. Amazing scenery and great diving spots !! Temperature was also nice worm daytime during we had around 26 C°. 

I colored this sweet girl weeks ago with my Copic markers and finally got to put her on a card. 

This are 2 shots I took with my iPhone. More to come on later posts.

Just a short post to share my latest Christmas card. I got once more a lot of inspiration of Laura Bassen. I love her cards... 

For the background, I blended Worn Lipstick and Spiced Marmalade onto some Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper. The star die is from Simon Says Stamp - Among the stars  and the sentiment belongs to one of my favorite stamp sets from MFT - Hand Lettered Holiday. 

I got luck on my last card with Simon Says Stamp products, SSS re-posted my card on Instgram. First time this happened. I guess the bright colors helped a bit :)

Good Morning

2 weeks ago I got my Simon Says stamp order and got some awesome inspiration from the card Laura Bassen came up with using the die set Christmas Cheer.  I blended 4 distress colors together (tumbled glass, twisted citron, peacock feather, picked raspberry). The die cut sentiment is also from Simon Says Stamp - Thankful. The snow flakes are embossed in white. 

I hope you like my colorful winter card.

Guten Morgen,

Heute gibts etwas Farbe auf die Nase... Wie gefällt euch meine bunte Karte ? Der Regenbogen habe ich mit Distress-Farbe (Picked Raspberry - Squezed Lemonade - Mermaid Lagoon) gewischt danach noch ein paar Wasserklekse aufspritzen et voilà. Die Blumen sind vom Stempelset Paper Smooches - Get outta of town.

I hope you like my colorful card today... I used my distress ink (Picked Raspberry - Squezed Lemonade - Mermaid Lagoon) and blended the colors together. After everything was dry I added some water splaters on top of the ink. The flowers are from the Paper Smooches - Get outta of town set.

Und schon sind die Ferien wieder vorbei... Ägypten wow ich schwebe immer noch auf Wolke sieben. Wirklich einer der schönsten Tauchplätze auf Erden ! Wir wurden verwöhnt und haben viele Hammer- und Weissspitzenhaie gesehen. 

Jetzt aber zuerst zu meiner Karte, diese habe ich für die Hochzeit vom nächsten Wochenende gebastelt. Simple aber doch elegant.

I'm back from amazing Egypt, time went by so fast... I'm still dreaming of the breathtaking dives we did the past seven days.We saw several hammerheads and white tip sharks !! 

Now back to my card. I have a wedding the coming week-end and this is my gift card for the bridal couple. Simple but elegant.

Guten Morgen,

Dieser farbige Hintergrund ist mit meinen ZIG Stiften entstanden. Sie sind um einiges Kräftiger, als die Distress Farben. Der Leuchtturm ist von Paper Smooches - Lighthouse. Um etwas Dimension zugewinnen, habe ich den Turm 3x ausgestantz und die ausgestanzten Teile aufeinenander geklebt. Damit der Hintergrund schön sichtbar  bleibt, habe ich das Innere des Turms mit Vellum ausgefüllt. Und so ist eine simple aber Farbenfrohe Karte entstanden. Ich hoffe sie gefällt euch.

The colorful background was made with my ZIG Pens. Watercolor Markers which are brighter then Distress colors from Tim Holz. The Lighthouse is from Paper Smooches - Lighthouse. I die cut it 3x to give some dimension and filled out the inside of the lighthouse with vellum. Very simple this bright and colorful card. I hope you like it.

Willkommen zur August-Challenge beim STEMPELGARTEN. Gerne sehen wir diesen Monat Projekte zum Thema : Blumen und Pflanzen. Dafür habe ich eine meiner lieblings Stanzen von Memory Box - 98320 Tilth Floral craft dies herausgekramt. Die Blumen habe ich 3 Mal je ausgestanzt und dann aufeinander geklebt. Das gepunkte Papier ist von Wild Rose Studio - Wintry Christmas noch ein kleiner Gruss in der Mitte und eine par Enamol-Dots und fertig.

I die cut the flower 3 times on black card stock and placed them on top of each other to give more dimension. The dotted paper is from Wild Rose Studio - Wintry Christmas. I few Enamol-Dots and a nice sentiment and that's it.

... I love about you ! Good morning Folks, I came up with this card for the current challenge at My Favorite Things celebrating their 10th Birthday. I used the background stamp form MFT Romantic script and embossed it gold. The rainbow effect is done with Distress ink (Picked  Raspberries, Squeezed Lemonade,  Salty Ocean) I love my new Stamp set from Concord & 9th - Sophisticated Script. I started several times before I finally reached this final result. At the end I'm quite happy with the card :)

10 Sachen, die ich an dir liebe... so lautet der englsiche Spruch auf meiner Karte. Diese habe ich für die Geburtstag-Challenge von MFT gebasltet. Die feirn gerade das 10. Jubiläum. Als Hintergrund habe ich einen Stempel von MFT Romantic script verwendet und in Gold embossed. Der Regenbogen ist aus einer Mischung von Distress Farben entstanden (Picked  Raspberries, Squeezed Lemonade,  Salty Ocean). Ich liebe mein neues Stempelset von Concord & 9th - Sophisticated Script. Es hat ewig gedauert und nach mehreren Anläufen ist dieses Projekt entstanden. Bin doch ganz Happy mit dem Resultat :)
