Wishing...

Heute komme ich endlich wieder mal zum basteln. 2 Karten sind entstanden. Und diese gefällt mir besonders gut. Ich habe meine neue Stanze von Pretty Pink Posh verwendet.  Ich finde sie passt perfekt zum Frühling. Die "Wishing" Stanze und der "Happy Birthday to you" Stempel sind von Simon Says Stamp. Der Hintergrundstencil ist von Tim Holz. 

Finally I got time again to work on some cards. I made 2 of them today. This one I like particularly. I used my new die from Pretty Pink Posh I got yesterday. This card fits perfectly to this past spring days. The "Wishing" die and the "Happy Birthday to you" stamp are from Simon Says Stamp. The background stencil is from Tim Holz. 

Morgen geht's wieder zur Arbeit. Ich wünsche allen noch eine gute Nacht.

Challenge #37 Stempelgarten - Embossing

Guten Morgen,

Willkommen zur Mai Challenge beim STEMPELGARTEN. Gerne sehen wir diesen Monat Projekte zum Thema EMBOSSING. Ich habe mich etwas schwer getan und habe tatzächlich 3 Karten gebastelt bis ich mit dieser zufrieden war. Das Papier stammt von einem Bo Bunny 6x6 Block. Verwendet habe ich zum ersten Mal meinen Text-Stempel von My Favorite Things. Ich finde dies gibt einen romantischen Touche. Den Text habe ich mit schwarzem embossing Pulver von Zing aufgetragen. Dann noch ein paar Blümchen und Perlen um das Ganze zu vervollständigen. Der Thanks Stempel stammt aus der Paper Smooches - Bold Buzzwords Kollektion.

DP is from a Bo Bunny 6x6 pad. The background text is a stamp from My Favorite Things. I think it looks really romantic. I used black Zing embossing powder. The Thanks sentiment is from the Paper Smooches - Bold Buzzwords set.

Und natürlich gibts auch ein Paar Bilder aus meinem Urlaub in Thailand. Khao Lak war unsere erste Destination. Tauchen waren wir auf den Similan Islands, Traumhaft schön. Danach noch 4 Tage in Phuket (Kata) und 3 Tage zum Schluss in Bangkok.

 

And of course I'm sharing some pictures of my holiday in Thailand. Khao Lak was our first destination where we went diving on the Similan Islands. 4 more days in Phuket (Kata) and finsihing with a stay for 3 nights in Bangkok.

Hallo Ihr lieben !

Heute Morgen habe ich in 20 Minuten diese Abschieds-Karte gebastelt. Unser Praktikant Cyrill verlässt uns Morgen um seine 1. Arbeitsstelle nach dem Praktikum anzutreten. Da ich fast nur Karten in Pink oder Girlyfarben Lager habe, musste ich rasch kreativ werden. Der Thank You Text stammt von einer Memory Box Stanze. Hoffentlich gefällt sie...

This card was done this morning in 20 minutes for our trainee Cyrill who is leaving uns for his first job after his training in our office.  Since I only have grily cards in my stock, I had to get creative this morning. the Thank you text is from Memory Box. I hope this card will please him...

 

Das wars erstmal für die nächsten Wochen. Ab Sonntag bin ich 2 Wochen im Urlaub. Goodbye Switzerland welcome Thailand. Ich freue mich schon aufs tauchen !!

So that's it for the moment. Sunday I'm leaving for a 2 week holiday. Goodbye Switzerland welcome Thailand ! Can't wait to go scuba-diving !!!

Challenge #36 Stempelgarten - Schmetterlinge und/oder Libellen

Guten Morgen, 

Beim Stempelgarten ist wieder Challenge Time. Thema sind Schmetterlinge und/oder Libellen. Ich habe meine neue Memory Box Stanze verwendet, die Perfekt zum Thema passt. Die einzelnen Schmetterlinge habe ich nochmals mit Bo Bunny Papier separat ausgestanzt und ausgeschnitten. Die weissen Schmetterlinge habe ich dann mit den Farbigen überklebt. Das Sentiment ist von CC Design. Wir würden uns freuen wenn ihr mitmacht. Für mehr Inspiration schaut doch beim Stempelgarten Challenge-Blog vorbei.

Shaker Card

Mein erster Versuch mit der Shaker-Karte. Ich muss mir bessere Perlen für das shaken zulegen. 

Hat Spass gemacht, werde dies bestimmt nochmals versuchen. 

My fist try with the shaker card. Don't have the right beads yet, will need to get some. 

But I definitely liked creating this kind of card.

Online Card Classes : Stretch your Dies - Day 5

Hi Guys, 

Have a look at my card for day 5 at the Online Card Class. I tried the masking stamped images technique of Dawn Woleslagle. Since I didn't have any flower stamps with dies (i'm not so into flowers) I took the fun clover stamp of "Your next Stamp".  I love all those happy faces. Finally I got to use again my Copic Airbrush system. I love my card hihi...

Online Card Classes : Stretch your Dies - Day 4

Happy Sunday,

I enjoyed this technique from the online card class - "word & mini dies combined" from Kristina. I took more time then I thought, but I'm really happy with the end result. 

The little hearts and the sentiment die are from Simon Says Stamp. The cloud dies are from CC Design.   The sentiment "a bunch of love" is from Winnie & Walter.

Online Card Classes : Stretch your Dies - Day 3

Good Morning,

Here is my first card for the Online Card Class - Stretch your Dies. I gave a try to the Fold-Out Window card from Jennifer. Very tricky !!! I started over 3 times ! I even finished one card, but didn't like the endresult. So once more folding from begining. This is the final result. Still not 100% happy. But didn't want to start a 4th time...  

I hope I will be able to practice more techniques over this week-end.
