Willkommen zur November-Challenge beim STEMPELGARTEN. Diesen Monat spielen wir BINGO. Ihr wisst ja wie das geht... Einfach eine Kolonne oder Reihe auswählen (vertikal, horizontal oder diagonal). Das gewählte muss dann auf der Karte vorkommen. Bei mir ist es die unterste Reihe geworden (Charms-Stanze-Grau). Die Happy Birthday Stanze is von Poppystamps. Ich hoffe die Karte inspiriert euche ein wenig. Ich bin total Fan von der Farbkombi :)

Hello Folks,

I'm back from a beautiful week on the island of Gozo. Amazing scenery and great diving spots !! Temperature was also nice worm daytime during we had around 26 C°. 

I colored this sweet girl weeks ago with my Copic markers and finally got to put her on a card.

Fish Birhtday & Holiday pictures

Good Morning, 

I hope your week started well off. I'm sharing a birthday card this morning with a self made background. Some of you may now that I love scuba diving and therefor also love fish :) I used the stamp set Quite a Catch from Gina K. Love how this fishes all look so happy... The circle die cut and the sentiment are both dies from My favorite things. Die-namics Stitched Mini Scallop Circle STAX and Die-namics Happy Birthday. I die cut the happy birthday sentiment 4 times. Simple but fun card. 

And to finish off this post some pictures of my last dive holiday in Egypt. I was there in May.

I'm going back to the same place this week-end. Amazing scuba diving for 6 days in the red sea.

DT Stempelgarten : Eine Karte für den Mann

Guten Morgen,

Willkommen zur Juni Challenge beim STEMPELGARTEN. Gerne sehen wir diesen Monat Projekte zum Thema : eine Karte für den Mann. Dafür habe ich eine MFT Stanze Die-namics New York Skyline verwendet. Der Hintergrund ist mit Distressfarbe entstanden und da ich keine weisse Akrly Farbe hatte, habe ich die Sterne mit weissem Gelstift aufgemalt.

Welcome to our June  Challenge at STEMPELGARTEN. We would like to see cards for men. Not always easy to get the right subject on the card with all the cute material we have in the stamping world. I chose the Die-namics New York Skyline from MFT. The background was done with Distressink. Since I didn't have any white painting I used my white gel pen to draw the little dots, the stars.

I made a rainbow Birthday card inspired by a card from Nicole. You can look at it here. She has some amazing projects. The numbers are from a clear stamp set from Mama Elephant called Number it. I embossed them in white and added a distress ink background.

Und weiter gehts es mit der nächsten Geburstagskarte, ebenfalls in rot. Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Distressink gestaltet. Mit dem Spritzer-tool von Tim Holtz habe ich noch ein paar dunkle Spritzer hinzugefügt. Bin im Clean & Simple Style geblieben.

Zur Abwechslung mal keine Weihnachtskarte. Sondern auf Wunsch einer guten Freundin eine Geburtstagskarte. Gewünschte wurde etwas in rot. Schlussendlich habe ich übers Wochenende 3 Werke gebastelt und dieses Projekt hat dann am meisten gefallen.

Guten Abend,

Ein kurzer Blogpost um meine Karte die gestern Abend entstanden ist zu teilen. Das Motiv meiner letzten Karte hat meiner Freundin Cristel so gut gefallen, dass ich mit der süssen Maus eine Geburtstagkarte basteln sollte. Blau/Grün war auch eine Vorgabe und dies ist mit Distress Ink im Hintergrund und Copics für das Motiv entstanden. 

 

Just a short post to share my latest birthday card which I made for a friend. She liked this stamp from Penny Black called Fairy Stardust. She also asked for a blue and green card. I used copics to color the image and Distress Ink to spritz/splater my background :)

Ich hab noch etwas rumexperimentiert mit meiner Nikon Kamera. 

Mit einer selektiven Farbe sind diese beiden Bilder entstanden. Die gefallen mir wirklich gut.

I was playing with my Nikon camera and tried this new feature
selecting one color by taking the picture. And this is what came out.

Morning Folks,

I have been asked by a friend to make a Birthday card for her Dad. I told her I will give it several shots. So this is the first card I cam up with. The star Die is from Simon Says Stamp. The background is made with Distress Ink. This was also my first try using this waterbackground technic. I kind of like it. I also want to share some pictures of my holiday in souht of France. I want of course scubadiving :)

And this will be my 3rd card for the MFT Super Star Contest. The word "Happy" is a Die from the MFT Set Die-namics Brushstroke Birthday Greetings and the rose background stamp is called BG Roses All Over Background. I used Distress ink to color the background and gold embossing powder.

Freshly Made Sketches - 200th

Hello Friends,

Freshly Made Sketches is celebrating it's 200th Challenge. Lot's of great prices can be won. Take a look at their sketch which is a pretty easy one, but still kind of tricky. It took my once more several tries before I reached the final result of my card. I used white embossing powder from ZING with a background Stamp from Impression Obsession - Cover a card. Then I sponged over some  distress ink - spiced marmalade, ripe persimmon, shabby shutters, tumbled glass and finally mermaid lagoon. I love the bright and shiny colors. I used the same colors for the Birthday Die cut Sentiment. I layered the sentiment 4 times. The border die is from Paper Smooches - Borders 1. And finally some Doodlebug Sprinkles, which I love over all.

Der STEMEPELGARTEN feiert diesen Monat sein 10-jähriges Jubiläum. Ich gratuliere dir Alex ganz herzlich und wünsche noch weiterhin viel Erfolg. Sweet Daisy

Einen wunderschönen guten Morgen,

Der letzte Tag im Mai und gleich geht's für mich ab an unsere Tennis-Meisterschaft. 

Diese Karte ist am Freitag Abend entstanden. Die süsse Daisy gehört zu einer meiner Ersten Stempel, die ich mir gekauft habe. Mein Lieblings Motiv von Elisabeth Bell. Bemalt habe ich Sie mit Copics und das umrunden mit dem weissen Gel Stift ist ein Technik die ich bei der lieben Elise gesehen habe.

Can't believe today is already the last day of May. I'm about to leave for our local tennis Mastership. 

This card was done on Friday evening. The cute little Daisy is my favorite stamp from Elisabeth Bell and I think one of the first stamps I ever bought. She's a little treasure ;0) I colored her with Copics and surrounded her with a white gel pen. I saw this technique on Elise Blog. Go have a look, she does amazing cards.

Heute komme ich endlich wieder mal zum basteln. 2 Karten sind entstanden. Und diese gefällt mir besonders gut. Ich habe meine neue Stanze von Pretty Pink Posh verwendet.  Ich finde sie passt perfekt zum Frühling. Die "Wishing" Stanze und der "Happy Birthday to you" Stempel sind von Simon Says Stamp. Der Hintergrundstencil ist von Tim Holz. 

Finally I got time again to work on some cards. I made 2 of them today. This one I like particularly. I used my new die from Pretty Pink Posh I got yesterday. This card fits perfectly to this past spring days. The "Wishing" die and the "Happy Birthday to you" stamp are from Simon Says Stamp. The background stencil is from Tim Holz. 

Morgen geht's wieder zur Arbeit. Ich wünsche allen noch eine gute Nacht.

Challenge #36 Stempelgarten - Schmetterlinge und/oder Libellen

Guten Morgen, 

Beim Stempelgarten ist wieder Challenge Time. Thema sind Schmetterlinge und/oder Libellen. Ich habe meine neue Memory Box Stanze verwendet, die Perfekt zum Thema passt. Die einzelnen Schmetterlinge habe ich nochmals mit Bo Bunny Papier separat ausgestanzt und ausgeschnitten. Die weissen Schmetterlinge habe ich dann mit den Farbigen überklebt. Das Sentiment ist von CC Design. Wir würden uns freuen wenn ihr mitmacht. Für mehr Inspiration schaut doch beim Stempelgarten Challenge-Blog vorbei.
